 Join me for a 5 week class to teach you how you can successfully eliminate sugars and carb cravings from your life and have more even, sustained energy throughout your day and great sleep as well!

Shakes, supplements, meal replacement bars are not needed, this is a WHOLE FOODS based program.  You'll be making and eating REAL FOOD.

Week 1- Introduction

Week 1 is all about preparation.  In this class we will complete a symptom questionnaire to get a better idea of how our symptoms are manifesting and how many symptoms we are actually dealing with on a regular basis.  We will also discuss how the next 4 weeks are going to go, and most importantly what we will and will not be eating during that time, as well as food preparation (it doesn't need to be difficult), self care and recipes.  There will be plenty of time to get questions asked about how this is going to work. 

Detox does not start until week 2.


Week 2- Digestion

Our detox begins today. In this class we’ll talk about digestion-how it should work, and what happens when it goes wrong.  We'll check in on how the first day of detox is going and answer any questions. 


Week 3- Blood Sugar Regulation

This is week 2 of the detox. In this class we’ll talk about how blood sugar regulation should work, how it can become dysfunctional, and what we can do to change it. The more you understand how blood sugar works and what the effects of sweets and simple carbs are, the easier it becomes to stay on track. 


Week 4- Fats!

This is week 3 of the detox. We will be discussing fats-the good, the bad, and the misunderstood.  Learn how the right fats are actually good for you and and support your body in making healthy tissues and how they help control inflammation. And, they make food taste good!


Week 5- Celebrate!

I just finished the 5-week RESTART Sugar Detox class with Aypril and it was incredible! The class materials on digestion, blood sugar and healthy fats are all very easy to understand and presented in the perfect amount – not information overload. I learned so much and am able to come home or go to the grocery store and apply my knowledge so I make better food and meal choices. While on the detox, I have felt so much better physically, mentally and emotionally and have experienced restful nights of sleep for the first time in YEARS! I do not have any cravings like I used to and don’t feel like a slave to sweet, sugary, processed foods like I used to. I don’t have any more headaches, mid-afternoon crashes/foggy brain and have sustained energy throughout the day.
